We highly recommend you to save the Private Key or QR code when you link your GA to your Huobi account. If your phone is lost, you can still bind the GA to your new phone using the Private Key or QR code.
If you forgot to back up the GA Private Key or QR code, please send a photo of you holding your ID and contact phone or email to support@huobigroup.com to unlink your GA. You will receive an email after your account has been unlinked. You may then proceed to link a new GA to your Huobi account.
