How do I change my particulars?

There are four types of particulars you may change in Huobi, there are:

  • How do I change my password?
  • How do I change my email address?
  • How do I change phone number?
  • How do I change my nationality?

 

How do I change my password?

You may change your login password by logging on to your account via https://www.hbg.com/en-us/login/?backUrl=/en-us/.

Step 1) Go to https://www.hbg.com/en-us

Step 2) Click “Account Icon” for a drop-down menu, select “Account & Security”

Step 3) Click ‘Change’ to change your password

Step 4) Complete 1, 2 & 3 and click ‘Change’ to change your password.

Important note: Withdrawals will be disabled for 24 hours once password is changed.

How do I change my email address?

To change the registered email address, you are required to write in to our support at [email protected] with the following:

  1. a selfie with handheld passport/ID
  2. active mobile number 

How do I change phone number?

You may change your linked phone number by logging on to your account via https://www.huobi.com/en-us/login/?backUrl=/en-us/.

Step 1) Go to https://www.huobi.com/en-us

Step 2) Click “Account Icon” for a drop-down menu, select “Account & Security”

Step 3) Click ‘Change’ to change your linked phone number

Step 4) Three simple steps to change your linked phone number.

  1. Select the correct country code followed by inserting your new phone number in the empty field.
  2. To generate the security code for SMS, you are required to click the “Click to Send” button.
  3. Once you have completed the security authentication, click "Link" to proceed.

Important note: After changing linked phone, you are not allowed to make withdrawals for the next 24 hours.

How do I change my nationality?

To change the registered nationality, you are required to write in to our support at [email protected] with the following:

  1. a selfie with handheld passport/ID
  2. active mobile number
