The Company/I hereby states that all of the information provided by the Company/me is complete and authentic. The Company/I will indemnify and hold Huobi harmless against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expense arising out of or in connection with unauthentic or incomplete information about the relevant project, and bear all of the liabilities for such unauthentic or incomplete information, including but not limited to any claims against Huobi by third party and criminal penalty or administrative fine charged on Huobi by any governmental authority.
The Company/I hereby undertakes that if any of the information provided by the Company/me changes or alters, the Company/I shall inform Huobi of such change or alteration. The Company/I will indemnify and hold Huobi harmless against any losses, damages, liabilities, expenses and coses arising from or in connection with such change or alteration, and shall bear all of the liabilities for such change or alteration, including but not limited to any claims aganst Huobi by third party and criminal penalty or administrative fine charged on Huobi by any governmental authority.
